ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY

MTrustee Berhad is regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. In line with Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy provides guidance on recognising and handling improper solicitation, bribery, and corruption risks in the course of business.

The Policy applies to all employees, directors (executive and non-executive), and their immediate family members. It also extends to service providers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, representatives, and other external parties acting for or on behalf of MTrustee Berhad.

We have adopted a No Gift Policy, with limited exceptions. All employees and associates are prohibited from directly or indirectly giving or receiving gifts. Employees and directors must inform external parties of this policy and seek their understanding and compliance.

Guiding Principle:

We accept goods or services of good quality without the need for personal incentives. Any offer that could compromise or influence your decision-making on behalf of MTrustee Berhad should not be accepted.

This Policy reflects our zero-tolerance stance towards bribery and corruption and our commitment to lawful and ethical business practices at all times.
